Delivery Information
Taylored Flooring will offer free delivery on orders over £1,500.00 excluding VAT to mainland UK addresses. Some addresses in Scotland may be subject to a haulage surcharge. All other orders (under £1,500.00 excluding VAT) will incur a £75.00 delivery charge. Deliveries to non UK mainland final destinations are subject to agreement at time of order. Unless otherwise stated delivery will be on a three working day service and will be delivered to the curb side. Next working day delivery is available upon request. For insurance reasons drivers can only unload the goods from the lorry so adequate assistance to move the goods into your premises is required. Deliveries can be made on both small and large vehicles. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by a lorry. If there is likely to be a problem with delivery, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction or parking difficulties, please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries are made from 8.00am to 17.00.
If a courier arrives at your delivery address and cannot deliver the goods because you are not there you may be liable for the re-delivery charge if applicable. All deliveries must be signed for.
All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Flooring must not be opened but glanced over to check the overall condition of the goods. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged upon delivery this must be noted down on the courier’s paperwork. No claims for damage or missing items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged or missing. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable.
Returns and cancellation policy
Taylored Flooring will accept whole orders back unopened in the original packaging for whatever reason within 7 days of receipt. Please note that special orders cannot be returned. The goods will need to be returned by your chosen courier and a 25% handling charge will be deducted from your credit note. Unfortunately Taylored Flooring cannot accept part order returns.
Returns processed within 7 days
Once a special order has been placed Taylored Flooring is not able to cancel or refund any monies paid.
Each board must be checked for damage before being laid as Taylored Flooring will not accept any claims for damaged items once the floor has been installed. Once the buyer has installed the goods it shall be taken by Taylored Flooring as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect condition. You (the customer) must accept the responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are put.

Taylored Flooring will not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Taylored Flooring uses cookies on its website to keep track of the contents of the customers shopping cart. Any data collected by this site may be used to process customer orders. Some data may be needed to be passed on to third parties for goods delivery purposes but information will not be sold or rented to any other third parties.
